04/08/25: You may now make your payments online using the Owner Portal. If paying by mail, using your bank or sending us a check, please use the information from your coupon. Please process your payment ASAP to avoid late fees.

NOTE: Your account balance will be updated later this month, once we receive the balances from the previous company.

03/29/25: New payment coupons have been mailed. You will be able to make online payments using the portal on April 1st

03/05/25: Register in the new owner portal to submit ARB requests. Other services will become available during the next two months.

If you mail-in your payment, please do so before March 15th. Payments sent after March 15th may arrive too later for Artemis to process them and you may need to reissue the payment.

If you have an auto-pay or bill-to-pay with your bank for April 1st or later, please stop that payment ASAP. The payment option in the new portal will be available on April 1st.
